"Parmon Sean had never been so calm. He knew what he’d been waiting for when she finally arrived". So he puts off calling Medical (if he's 'only' bleeding, and he's been waiting somewhat consciously for minutes, it's likely with a bit of assistance he'd live) just for the sake of seeing her angst?

If I liked the pairing I'd probably like this a lot more, but it feels a bit overdescribed for my tastes. You also haven't included much of Parm's actual character; in this story he's this wangsty, bleeding-to-death person whose love sounds like a Mary-Sue ("beautiful. Always beautiful."; as though that's the main thing Parmon would notice about a love interest). I know in the situation he's bound to be different, and Kitt's line seems pretty IC for her, but this isn't canon at all and hence lacks substantiation.

In reference to H's review, I think the "Parm was sad" phrase isn't badly used; it corresponds to the idea of a near-death sort of numbness, though no doubt there were alternative ways of putting it.

I liked it. It was well written, kinda short but that worked and it got me to blear up quite a bit. Amen on character. So very nice.

E. Well, am having yummy (aka: freaky/gory) mental images from this. Nice. Ending isn't so bad. Works for me. ^^

Only one nitpick: "His oldest friend, the dragon Cyrano, was a dark, lifeless hulk just to the side of his vision, and for that Parm was sad." '... Parm was sad.' seems like a slight understatement to me.

But other than that, it rocks. Yay for Parm gory angst. ^^
