I just recently found this story and I love it! However, I was a bit disappointed when I reached the end and realized it hadn't been updated for over a year... any chance of getting a new chapter anytime soon?

Hey, i forgot to mention we don't "major" in subjects here, at university. We go to university to read, or study, one particular subject. As an example "I attend The University of York and I'm reading English". (That's not me, just an example). That person, therefore, would go to York, and have lectures, seminars and tutorials, and they would ALL be related to English. (We don't call them classes at uni, just at school). We wouldn't have any other subjects to think about, and our degree would be based entirely on those English results. You can do extra curricular courses I guess. At York there's a languages course called LFA (languages for all) and for a fee you go to classes in that, take exams and end up with a qualification... but it's entirely separate from your course, and bears no relevance to it. It's not a minor, as English is not a major.

I don't know if you even care? I feel bad to keep bothering you about Americanisms if you don't even mind that they're there.
I like the story, on the whole. I do, obviously (I'm sure you can tell) find Americanisms very jarring, so it's kind of a compliment that I'm still reading it! If there's any way to take that that isn't bad. I just mean it must be an interesting story to still hold my attention...

Just because I saw you were asking for feedback on Americanisms - Cellular phone is one. We call them Mobile phones here. Often it's shortened to mobile (as in "oh my mum wants to use the phone, I'll call you back on my mobile") or even just phone (as in "No I need to go out and I can't find my phone anywhere!"

Never, ever, ever would we use cell phone. :) Just thought I'd let you know, as how could you figure that out? If you don't fancy Americanisms in the story, someone has to tell you where they are.

Nice to see a story that spends time showing that real change is required, and that Voldemort is just a symptom, and especially does detail the Death Eater's actions.

please please please update soon? i really love this story, its a nice break from so many of the other storys on this website that all center around the voldemort issue. I hope u dont abandon this story, however i myself no how easy it is to forget to update, all i hope is that you add 2 this story soon.

That was an ingeniously plotted story. Many of the twists (Harry's house, his animagus, Voldemort's degradation) that you added made me go... what!?... throughout the story, but it was always explained well and then the confusion was made clear. It was fantastically interesting. Thanks for the wonderful read.

Wow, I just found and reas this. It is really a unique fiction, with an unusual ending to Voldemort. It is exciting to read a truely inovative way to vanquish the dark lord, don't you know.I would so like to see the rest of this, if it ever gets written. I don't feel qualified to offer advise on writing, or what you may or may not have done differently than I think you should, so I will just say this is great, and offer one observation.

This is unique enough that it would easily be adaptable into a publishable (is that a word?) work. You should think about doing it.
