Thank you for this glorious set of drabbles, Barb! With all of canon published now, it's devastating to think of what "could have been." I know that JKR wrestled with how best to bring her hero's adventures to a close; in the end, it was you who had the guts to present the darker end-that-might-have-been and the potential for life after the Boy Who Lived.

I am alway in awe of those who can execute drabbles successfully. My writing style has never lent itself to being concise; that yours works so well in both extended fiction as well as these 100-word ficlets is mindblowing. The fact that each, very individual piece comes together in the larger context of the complete collection is definitely praise-worthy, and makes for a very captivating read.

I'll admit myself anxious to read more! Now that I've read through to chapter 17, I find myself desperately needing to know what will become of Emily and Jonathan's wizarding education, and how Ron will deal with having been outed on the magical telly. Any plans to expand on this already-magnificent piece of fic?

This is the one of best post HBP story I have ever read. I was going to say best series of drabbles, but it goes way beyond that. Your writing is lyrical, your characterizations stunning, and the story line has totally got me in. I was going to review along the way but I just couldn't stop and click on the button. Sorry! I could read these forever.
