This is lovely. Absolutely lovely. Intimate, touching, poignant, sweet: a perfect vignette. The writing is lovely, too...the image of her hair "embroidering curlicues" on his coat is such a neat twist of language. Sigh. Swoon.

This is a great 'glimpse' onto what Marguerite occassionally does when she's missing her Percy. It seems like a snippet out of one of Orczy's original novels. You write these two characters wonderfully! Huzzah! Keep it up!
