I would aplaud you...if I had any hands. Trunks don't quite work like that. But I loved this. I do agree that they should have showed more of Diego's transition. Or that his pack life was just terrible, not that he just had some tough-love leader and jealous pack mates (meaning Oscar). But how different these misfit mammals were in comparison. You illustrated that wonderfully. Lovely work.

wow, i'm impressed! i think that was really good! that was good how you made it for Diego's story. that's cool that you actually explained how Diego felt! also, i liked it when you said that Sid never expected Manny to hurt Diego. it kind of made sense, because Sid gave a shock look in the movie. very good!

POV's are hard for me to do, but I love reading them, and this was no exception. It was Diego's POV no less! More points for you! XD I especially enjoyed how you went a little deeper into this scene, showing what was not shown in the movie.

Great little fic; I also thought that Diego's change in character wasn't dwelled on enough, but I, oddly, actually never thought to write about it in this way. I think you did a great job, especially when it came to remembering the dialogue. ^_^

Okay, I think that for this story, you deserve a nice complimentary review.

Now, before I go into all the compliments I plan on giving, I'm going to hand out a bit of advice/criticism.

The last sentence in the fourth paragraph I didn't quite understand. I'm assuming it was only a typo, as it was the only one I've found. The other thing I wanted to point out, though this is purely my opinion, is Sid. I think that at the end, when he's explaining things, it is too out of character. Of course, this is only what I think. I myself can't quite picture Sid making that much sense at one time, because the Sid I've come to know and love doesn't make sense at all! I'm not saying it's a horrible mistake, and it may be just me, but I felt I should bring it up. Anyway, now on to the compliments!

This story deserves a lot of compliments. As far as I can tell, you have little or no grammatical or punctuation errors, and it is very well written. I particularly like how you used the scene from the movie as a basis for your story, and fluently added scenes in between lines from the movie. That is something I've always had trouble with, though I'm not sure why. Anyway, I think you deserve many compliments on this story, though I can't be here all day! :-) Anyway, keep up the good work!

Wow... That was a great story! You keep every one in character and just the story it self was a fine piece of work.

I do have to ask though what were you trying to say in the forth paragraph when Diego thought "They would at me with the utmost hatred, and never want me with them again." I did not understand what was written. Other than that this was a GREAT story and keep up the good work!
