I started reading it about two years ago and always promised myself I would read it--after I had finished the Abhorsen series. Well here I am two years later and I am thoroughly enjoying it. You are wonderfully creative an everything fits--this could very well be a prequel to the Abhorsen series! (I wish it was) Great job! Your author's notes deepen the characters wonderfully.

chair-chan 2008-05-13 ch 48,	abuseWow! This story is great!! I finished it in 2 days, instead of studying for my two successive AP tests! (Yes, you now have the dubious honor of causing me--and surely other countless readers--to fail some sort of exam) But I couldn't be happier that I discovered this story. It is amazing, even though it is extremely long. Some long stories just get annoying, but yours just gets more and more interesting. The characters are great, very "Nix". All depressingly mad. At least the bad guys, that is. The really bad ones, not the ones that got trapped into it. :) gotta love it! Anyways, awesome story, rock on, and hopefully update soon? Pretty please? :)

I'm so excited about the Wall being finished - but so sad, too, because that means there's only two chapters left. Oh well, I guess I can re-read all 50 chapters at once. But thanks for the awesome chapter - Zavebe is hilarious, Andromis is awesome for standing up to the king, and Farelle is perfect. I can't wait to see the Wallmakers! They're my favorite of the bloodline.
Rainstorm Amaya Arianrhod 2008-05-07 ch 48,	abuseZavebe is definitely not what the Court was expecting. >< However, if the Court can live, two thousand years later, with Ellimere for a Queen it can almost certainly manage Zavebe. It was very good to see more of her- I loved the way Farelle didn't take an instant liking to her, and the way she is sweet over some things, and the way she's a bit sharp- should keep Andromis on his toes. ;) She's a brilliant creation. And yay! We find out about Javen's arm! I've been waiting to hear about your take on the metal-limb-thing for ages, and it's great to see it. I love how it's not just a quick fix, it'll take Javen time to learn to live with it and stuff (and the family-ness of Javen, Farelle, Eligora was adorable. Family-ness is not a word. NEVER MIND.) I think Lirael's hand would probably have been different, more like a glove, but it is a whole arm we're talking about so a glove-type arrangement wouldn't work. Also delightful were the notions of Zavebe knocking the wine everywhere and Dantalion's reaction (politics! politics! I remember thinking, 'was this the lad who kissed to his favourite cousin in the library?!') I liked, too, the idea of Farelle having heard the Great Stones' making as a bedtime story and finding it spooky. On the whole, wonderful. :) -May

I especially loved your description of court- it really reminded me of the scenes in Lirael where Ellimere is describing how Hestia tripped over her sleeve and catapulted into Jall Oren ^_^ Great job, as usual, and I can't wait until the next chapter! She's a most interesting character, and I'm looking forward to reading more about her in the next two chapters. And Felio! I must say, I never thought we'd hear from him again. Lovely to know he's still around! A fantastic chapter, and much, much better late than never.
