okay, you shamelessly plugged me a long while back and i finally got around to reading this. It's so damn good, your way of writing is very lyrical, really adds that something special to the story. your opening paragraph had me hooked! I really hope you write some more Bones stuff, it's always really enjoyable to read!

I've always liked the third person take on Booth and Brennan, and this is no exception. You do a great job here of mixing Sid's character with the BB story.

I think I'm right in saying that this takes place after the trial, and if I am right, I like how you deal with it - not too obvious, but not too subtle. Great job on this one.

It's different. I mean, there's nothing grammatically and spelling-wise wrong with this story, but i've never been a bit fan of vague-ish writing. I prefer getting specific;) The style you used in this story is not something i personally prefer=)

Still, this story is very well written and left me with a smile=)

That was fabulous! Great job! I love the 'observation stories' where they watch the escalation. Sid rocks, and I love that you gave him some history.

OMG...you noticed that the two of them have been getting more touchy too. Yeah, I picked that up on the last few episodes...he'll grab her shoulders to guide her out of a room or something...or she'll like grab his arm and hold him back from doing something...they weren't like that when the show started. I'm glad that somebody else noticed too!

I love the theme of a turning point, and a chance for things to go either up or down... it was well written, and I loved the parallels at the beginning and end.

The language in this fic is absolutely gorgeous. I love the quiet observations of Sid on the chemistry of Booth and Brennan and of the lives of those who pass through his restaurant.'It’s the things we leave behind that hurt us the most.' That's my favorite line from this. It really stands out and is heartbreaking. Lovely, lovely job.
