Wow. I don't have any words for this stroy...it's just...wow. Like I say. No words. (actually, it's all a ruse, I have lots of words but I like to startle you by saying that first then going into long babbling rants. You know - keep you on your toes.)

so amazing. Really. There were moments, all the way through, where I thought "I must comment on that in my reveiw", but I can't remember any of them. Just be happy to know there were a /lot/.

I think my faveourite part, oddly, was the children. The really strong hearted and yet still childish little tykes really affected me- that and The way Rodney got to them, and began to find them as important as they found him, perhaps- though he would never admit it. That was powerful.

Ofcourse, I have to talk about when he crashed the dart. It was so...damn you it was so heartwrenchinf, it made me want to break down! He was so close, he had a Dart, he was going to make it! And then we watched as the plan just came down in flames, he crashed, demarerialized them. I knew, logically, that They would get of- no story could end without them managing it somehow. Logically, I knew that they would all end up okay in Atlantis- but that didn't even cross my
mind, cause your writing was so godamned beautiful. Perfect, it had my heart crying out for him. It was so ...just...damn you youre such a good writer!!

I had so much more to say, damnit, as I read this! But I guess I will just have to leave you saying that my love of you had escalated to knew heights. In fact I think I maybstart abYou-worshipping cult, members, me xDD not really. I'm nor that freaky. *shifty eyes*

Wonderful story! I stayed up all night to finish reading it because I KNEW if I didn't I wouldn't be able to sleep for worrying about what was going to happen! Loved Rodney's interaction with the kids, and the kids themselves - little Sheppards, nearly. Had to laugh that they'd only take 'orders' from Rodney! I was betting on an orbital Stargate, but actually the Daedalus showing up was even better! Saved the additional stressful step of getting back to Atlantis without a GDO with a nearly-dead Lt. Colonel in tow.
Thanks for the great read! This would have made a great two-part episode, or an Atlantis movie!

Cool story! I enjoyed reading it.

I have just discovered this story - it is fantastic! The characters are true to form, the plot is fun, and best of all it centres around my two most favourite characters - Sheppard and Rodney! I have to say the consistent POV switching was very clever and engaging. A wonderful piece of writing - jolly good show!

Thank you for all the work you did to perfect this. It's wonderful. You've done a great job with the original characters, the canon characters, the emotional situations. I'm eager to go see what else you've written.

This really was one of thoses stories you can't ever put down (or switch off?!!)- started it after lunch to finish at supper -and woebetide anyone who'd dared to interrupt!

I'm guessing he doesn't have his dog tags or the Wraith stole them. Or maybe he hasn't found them yet on him. Great story.

This is an amazing fic. I don't know why I avoided it for so long. It is action-packed, with the wraith and the running; it is filled with laugher, McKay and his "kids"; it is filled with suspense, John's amnesia and Rodney's trepidation of John's whereabout; it is filled with grief, John's death; and last but not least, it is filled with triumph at the end.

Not to mention their are many whumpilicious scenes for Rodney and John; and some of my favorite drawing cards-team/family interaction.

It is a work of art. Thank you for sharing this with me.
