Good story but what happens next?

Woo... I liked this. But it seems that it has been sometime since you last updated. Please do continue, I'm really interested in finding out what will happen next. Perhaps you might want to include something on how Arika or Mashiro is doing?

How could I not have noticed the second chapter to this? Gah. Such time wasted... This was wonderful. Brilliantly, wonderfully wonderful. And yes, I'm ignoring the repetetiveness of that. Squee, just...squee. Nina/Erstin with a happy ending that leaves everything open, and that's just so... Happy. Myself, not the story, but it was, but... Gah. If you manage to make any sense out of this review, I commend you.

I keep meaning to read The Ties That Bind Us (and re-read Shades of Grey), but then I keep putting it off, and so... I /will/ get to it. But, so. Wonderful (there's that word again) story.

I like this setup of AU though. The first chapter was more a recant of what happened, so now that I know at least the basis here in the 2nd chapter, I feel myself really buying it.

I'm so so happy when I saw this fic pop up at the top of the updated list of Mai-HiME/Otome fics.

So love this chapter. Love how you handled Erstin's and Nina's personality/feelings so well. *_* And wahh~ I can just imagine that hug so clearly in my mind.

Please do write more Erstin/Nina fics in the future. Or if you're planning to continue this one somehow. *w*

Wow... That was so perfectly, just, Erstin. I could imagine her thinking that. I wasn't expecting fluff, but I was hoping for something- no one's written anything happy with her. At least, not that I can find. Oh well. I loved it.

Seriously though, you seem to cater for about all of my more special tastes with mai-hime/otome couples. Well, you need to write some fics with tomoe, and mai/natsuki before that'll be completely true, but it's close enough.

On to the fic itself. I don't really have much to comment on, yet, but I expect that to change when you update. Your AN at the start is... almost exactly my opinion. Anyway, the fic itself mainly followed that episode, so I expect much from the next chapter which will splinter off of the original story. The writing is as good as always from you, so not much to comment on that. Though, I did think that the slaves were more of a directly controllable "beings", instead of being as real separate beings. Well, that hardly is the most important thing with this fic, so meh about that. And yes, I was indeed expecting fluff... I'll let you off the hook this time, but next few chapters better have some x.x I wonder what'll happen to Ers... she probably won't be as popular in the Swartz circles anymore after butting in the fight between Nina/Arika.

You say "no promises on an update schedule", but I sure hope we can squeeze more than 1 chapter/month out of you.

Keep this one up please! I really like Nina/Erstin paring. Actually anything besides Nina and her $^%%*^&%^&$#$# father is good! I usually only read ShizNat stuff but I like your writing style so I will keep this one on tab. Please keep it up!
