This was so wrong...but it is so right too... well I'm not one to judge. Its my opinion that cuddling is okay to a certain extent if a person is under 15 they should do no more than cuddle. That is my belief. so in this case Vicky and timmy should go no farther than...I think second base was kissing and cuddling right? But after that in my opinion it should be saved for later...much later. This was a very well written story.
