This story is so sweet and talks about such deep feelings! Please update! Don't abandon this great story!

I know it has been over two years.. I've recently just stumbled across your fic and guess wat? I absolutely love it!

The story and characters are a little OOC, but the plot and emotions you potray is so amazing. It's like everything is in reverse, Kenshin is the one pining over Kaoru. And Kaoru is the one who has "issues" with her past. And for once, Enishi is not the bad guy! Everything is just so refreshing... however, I do hope you can incorporate Sano to the story more.

Hope you find the inspiration to finish this...It's a very intense and emotional ride and I cant wait to read more...

I stumbled on this story and enjoyed reading it. It is a nice AU and OOC story. I think this is the first story to have a role reversal on Ken & Kao with her pinning for her dead husband who was a nice Enishi. Ken being the love stuck puppy hoping for some glimmer of hope to be with Kao. Aoshi is so affectionate I laughed really hard. I like the rough exterior he has that seems to continue his jelly like feelings towards the women in his life. Sano needs to be more in the story he adds a nice distraction but so far it has been very little. Will we get to know what accident tore her love away and who Ken's ex is? Thanks for the read looking forward to the rest of the story.

I guess Kaoru is going to be in for a surprise. She can think what she wants, love has a mind and will of its own. .

I love the plot of this story. Can't wait to find out what Misao is planning. Keep up the great writting.

I don't get it, this is such a great story but barely anybody wants to review. I admit, I can get lazy at times, but I still go back later on and review, particularly to newer writers.

That aside, I want to thank you for writing this fic! It's an enjoyable and somewhat tragic read. I love how you realistically protrayed the emotions of someone who has lost a dearly loved one, and contradicting but at the same time enforcing "time heals everything". In Kaoru case, she just needs abit of alone time and for that special someone to help fix it _ . I can't wait to continue reading the rest of this story! Keep up the great work!

So both Kenshin AND Kaoru have loved deeply before? Or did Kenshin not actually really love his ex? After all, he seemed to consider the period when he was going out with his ex as a waste of time.

Poor Kaoru...and imagine it being Enishi! Kenshin, I think, might have to try kind of hard this time for her to fall in love with him. Or maybe she just will. Poor Kenshin...his sense of righteousness and his feelings are conflicting! And he must feel like he's competing with a ghost - probably quite similar to how Kaoru felt in the manga. Do you think so?
