1)Saji, Sam and the Underworld kid have sent a few soulless from the armada to destroy Megaville (Let the rule of Lord Rahk BEGIN!)

2)HER is called well...HER that's not her real name,It's just like HIM,the reason no one says his name is because it's too "evil" to say in a on a show rated TV-Y,that hasn't stoped me from finding his real name.Here is what I found:

Reasoning In Battle: When encounted with an enemy he'll study the situation as quickly as 5 seconds with this he'd know his area of battle,the items around him and most of all how to beat the enemy.
