...I think I reckon where the problem is. And actually there's no word limit, I believe. If this time still fails, I give up.

I have studied Janpanese for quite a while and I passed grade whatsoever with a cert as an evidence (of what?) so do ease your mind and believe me. ]
Futher, I am not quite sure if Japanese high schools have Advanced Trigonometry and so like those in the western countries. I searched through wikipedia (in Japanese for koukouhigh school) and found that the subject is commonly just named 'Mathematics'. There are no sects at all. At least, not those like standard-or-advanced stuff.
Maybe there are, indeed, Japanese high schools with this sort of thing out there, just that I am too shallow to know.
May I stress, not to offend.
And lastly, not a big deal though, it seems to me that it's rather impossible to be a member of two athletic teams at one time for a moderate high school student.
Oh well, Daisuke WASN'T just moderate in this story I know, still it appears pretty... unnatural. A basketball player who's good enough to join the champion team, and at the same time, a soccer player who practised it hard after school regularly? Well, in real life, no matter how athletic, how talented one is, if he joins a club or school team or blah-blah-blah, he must stick to it. He must devote all of himself to whatever he joins. One and only - At least in Japan. I learned it from countless anime and manga. (Any plural for these two terms, by the way?)
As mentioned several times already, truly not to offend.
...Just small, probaly negletable bugs after all.
So... after this whole bunch of... review, may I call it? Anyways... gotcha head off to bed. Really late here in Hong Kong, or early, to be more accurate. It's 4 something am. (Already past 5 for the third trial. :groan: ) Somehow in between midnight and morning, I'll say.
I have been taught to many new words through reading 'The Senior Years', scholastic, huh? lol
Thank you very much for bringing such a vivid, melodious and tale to us.
Takari rocks forever!

Just a Passer-by 8/27/08 . chapter 1
Wow, finally finish going through the whole story. All I can say is awesome. Adorably gorgeous. Frankly.
It's great, and the charm never dies away as time rolls.
Reading word by word, I feel the ups and downs Hikari and Takeru and others experienced; I share the tears and mirth they had; I grieved over everyone's sorrow and I hang a shallow smile on my face whenever my heart tells me to do so.
Yeah, that's how your story affected me. My emotions were totally under the control of your powerful words: I was spellbound.
I wonder if you can read this, but all I wish is to express how I feel this moment.
And here are a few points to make regarding some small details in the plot.
'The Senior Year' is lovely, it is an unbeatable truth. Only that I personlly consider it a bit too 'western'. Not to offend, really. Actually I don't think easterners hug and kiss one another so casually; at least, not the asians. Though I ain't a Japanese, I'm still an Asian. (At this point, please do forgive if any weird terms or phrases or whatsoever pop up. English's my second laguage, after all. )
Back to the point, we Asians don't kiss others, not even very close friends and family, kinda beacuse of traditional thoughts, possibly. And surely we RARELY kiss on somebody's lips. Family(here I mean father and mother and siblings and so)? Nope. Friends? No way. (Unless we're doing something like Truth or Dare.)
Wish that me tone isn't too mean.
There's a pretty big problem - at least, to me - in the Janpenese dialogues. Again, not to offend.
Japanese NEVER use SAYOUNARA as mere goodbyes. You only greet others with the term 'sayounara' if you're NEVER seeing each other again, or at the minimum, not in quite a long while. Something similar to 'farewell', I guess. (Wish I get the meaning(what?) of farewell correctly...)
To say bye to others, normally Japanese say things like 'jya, mata ashita', which means 'see you tomorrow'. For guys who usually wanna act cool, simply say 'jya'; short and precise. Girls may say the whole line, while occasionally 'jya' is omitted; only 'mata' is also fine for both genders (as far as I remember). 'Dewa' is a slightly more polite substitute for 'jya', where both 'jya' and 'dewa' mean the same thing and function identically. It means that you can also say 'dewa' for 'bye'-s.

Don't rewrite it. It's awesome just the way it is. Though I do wish there would be a sequel. Your story is so good it makes me want to write the next chapter! Wish I could. Wish there was a next chapter. Guess you don't have time. Ah wells. It really is fantastic!
The best damn fanfic on the digimon side if I may say so. It's been a while since I've crossed back over... Hell, it's actually been... a full year. (laughs) Anyway, I read this when Part II came out and waited for Part I. Must I say, This story is a story in which a digimon fan cannot get enough of and HAS to come back to read more.
This Arte-Chan, is probably one of your best fanfics yet. I know, I know... you wrote this years ago. But still, it's got so much... Hikari and Takeru in it that it actually makes an author want to cry out for more.
Your writing description is set well. I've noticed a few grammar/spelling errors. But that's common in everyones work. Your dialogue is fresh and very well-written. You've hit the nail on the head with the characterization description. Daisuke couldn't be done any better. Most people pictures him as the bad guy but you, you've actually changed his statues. You've made him this gentle human being that actually thinks that Hikari and Takeru makes an awsome couple. Which, how many authors would actually go that far and not have him a slightest jealous? (laughs)
Nice story, but lacked a bit of details here and there... Did not really like the ending... AND I DO NOT LIKE THE GRIEVANCES NONSENSE(IF FF.N gets on your back for the grievances thingy, I would be very happy). You should have made an epilogue coz me and some ppl would like to know if they ever got together in the end...
So plz write sequel or epilogue...

Please Write a sequel!
Wolfman 3/11/04 . chapter 1
So, Daisuke and Takeru aren't competing over Kari and get along? Great idea! I wish I'd thought of it.
