Wow... one of the best ficlets I've read in a long time. It really does sound like something Ashe might have felt/thought at losing her beloved husband so early. And you still managed to keep that *spark* in her alive.

i guess my comment is more or less the same as the other reviewer, but i agree, this is great! a little piece of emotionally fic. but it makes me wonder, when the fic occured? after or before the war at the Nalbina war? if you actually was added the information on the fic, im sorry. but i just cant figured it out. however, this fic is great! update please... and if you want, please add the Vaan, Balflear/Balthier too! since they're my favorite char at FF XII

I don't know why, but this story seems so...powerful, or spiritual, or willful, I dunno, but it's...amazing! Even people who've never played FFXII could understand it! When I read it, it just seemed so, haunting. It was really, really good! I know your other reviewers have said the same things, but this was soo good!

As one of your reviewers said, you did a little risky thing here by makiing up Ashe's own personality to your...liking or to your belief. But, you pulled it off rather well and you pretty much stayed within the game's main plot. The wording itself was very beautiful (how many times have you heard that? :). ). Very inspirational and very nice.

Aw. That was very nice and well written. Normally, I wouldn't read fics in the present tense, but you changed that. I'm sorry that the game didn't come out yet, I would really like to see what this fic has in store for me as a reader.

You're taking a bold step by literally, making up Ashe's personality. Let's hope it'll be the same inside the game. From what I gather, Ashe'll be another Yuna(FF10)character who is gentle, yet at the same time forceful.
