Your story is off to a good begining, even if the idea isn't that original. With the play going on, though, it has the potential to slide into deadly 'High School Musical' territory.

It's a nice touch with the real names of Tory and Brian being Sorcha and Brockwell, however it is a little unbelievable (with Tory at least). Maybe you should clarify how 'Sorcha' got the nickname 'Tory' because it's a fairly big leap.

Also, To Kill A Mockingbird isn't a Shakespeare play. It's not a play at all. It's actually a novel written around fifty years ago by a woman named Harper Lee. Not quite Shakespeare
