omg. that ending made me cry!! i so wasn't expecting it either.. but I really did love the story. :)

*twitches* That last chapter you just drove me up this hill of feel good and then dumped me into the pits of sadness on the other side. It was like the Power Tower of chapters. I really really wanted him to live, but you made me cry. Though I do agree that any other ending would not have wrapped up your story so well. It gave it a beautiful haunting feel along with bringing several things in the story full circle.

Excuse me *sniffles* I need to go read a happy fluffy story to get rid of residual sad funk.

my first thought: holy CRAP. I've always wanted an ending like that, because when people live and everything is 'happily ever after' i get disappointed from such expected endings. When I was reading the last chapter, I didn't get it at first. Then I realized and got so damn excited. I know it isnt nice, but i do not like expected. Surprises are so much more interesting.

This fanfiction is absolutely wonderful. The plot seems kind of familiar but the story itself is unique and amazing. I loved Kagome's sarcastic character and I miss it, but if i was ever treated like that i would totally think 'wow, she's a **'.

That was such a perfect read. Thank you :]

This is one hell of a story. I was iffy about reading this at first, but the first chapter was really unique to me. I got hooked. I'm also attracted to those self-loathing kind of stories. I, of course, don't hate myself, but I feel like I understand their feelings. Well, only if the writing is good enough, which yours obviously was.

This fanfic was very interesting and it just seems so perfect. I can't wait for the ending.

but I also love you for writing this story lol. I hated it as well in the begining. man was kag's a ** and a snob. turned me off this story completely but i made myself finish reading it and i'm glad i did.

Well I hope ur happy, you've reduced me to tears. But good tears...I think. This story really caught my interest and I read it non-stop until it was complete. You really caught me off guard with the ending though, I SO didn't expect him to die!! That's probably what's mostly behind my tears, but also the happiness? Don't ask me, cuz i don't even have a clue about why I think there's any happiness to this. Anyways, I think my tear-enduced rambling is FINALLY over. This story really was original and I enjoyed it immensly, as I'm sure others have and will. You're definatly one of my favorite writers, and I can't wait to read more of what you dish out! OMG... that was SO angsty. I cried. A bunch. You had us all guessing right up to the very end, though, that's for sure!

You can be proud of your prowess to move people to laughter or tears just with your words. It is not a talent that all possess, but you seem to have MORE than your share of it!!
