Good job you definetly got it right, the only thing I could suggest is that maybe Mac should not have left when Jim came, she should have got someone else to cover if possible, at that point Rebecca should have been her only priority even if she was the president of the United States. |

It's heartbreaking to see Becca suffer so and I can completely understand how she could feel the way she does about her place, her importance, in her mother's life. |

A very good point: "She had the power to eavesdrop on the leaders of foreign nations, but somehow she’d missed this." Becca's refusal to look at her mother and give her the acknowledgement Mac craved was beautifully written. I think we can all relate to what Becca was going through, and you captured Mac's emotions well. I liked this line: "Maybe that’s what you tell Good Housekeeping Magazine" Ouch! Becca is so sick of it all - will she be institutionalized? |

I’m sure it would’ve happened anyway.” - I'm glad Becca sees this and realizes it would have happened at some point. I was surprised that Becca felt remorse at hurting her mother's campaign, because it seems she'd rather have her home giving her all her attention and not being the President. I'm glad that Horace was so supporting and comforting. I can't wait to read the conversation between Becca and a much less intimidating Mac in the next chapter. |

This was a great line, considering the current president: "You’ve nearly broke the record for amount of days a President has worked in a row at the White House." It was a stab at him that was reminiscent of episode 6, where Mac calmly asked another child to continue reading the book after she got word of another emergency. Poor Mac. How is she going to remedy the situation and give Becca the attention she needs? |
