Honestly, you could make a pretty close approximation to the Bureaucratic fubar that would follow from this action. And yes, it probably would be allowed to go on until someone in a position to do something about it was convinced that they were in fact the same person. I would love to see another chapter or two on this, even if it were something as simple as following the notice up the papertrail until it catches the attention of someone who may or may not decide to do something about it. And you can actually show the entire NWC reaction to it, along with Nodoka and the Fiance Brigade.

I think you should do it, if you have time that is. It would make an interesting addition to the concept
