Neko-Cat-Sama 2009-06-05 . chapter 1This was really nice. I love the first sentence. Really good job! :) |
KaoruKamiya307 2009-06-05 . chapter 1:D I love this fic. It's so cute and I love Sano's frustration over Kenshin's guilt. I love your Sano and Kenshin fics. I decided to take a look at some of your fics after reading Adrift for like the 4th time! Great job and keep them coming! |
 Volcanic 2009-02-05 . chapter 1Very cute great job :) |
Riku-Rocks 2009-01-02 . chapter 1This was nice. I liked the characterisation and the style was suiting. The pace was smooth, and the few grammatical errors don't distract from the tale (they're actually a bit fitting, considering the character whose perspective it is written from). |
kougayurizoku 2008-10-26 . chapter 1Aww! I love it! :) Keep up the good work!

sweety-1914 2008-02-29 . chapter 1lol, I just finish reading your 'Brothers' fic, go back to the list and scroll down 'til one catches my interest, and only after clicking on it do I realise that it's by the same author I just read lol. Anyway, this was really good as well :D I agree that you did really well getting in touch with Sanosuke's character:D I love the way you write, and I'll be looking out for more by you:D

iheartkenji 2007-12-29 . chapter 1:sniffle: I love the way you always put Kenshin and Sano together in stories without making my eyes burn... |
 ferryboat George 2007-10-22 . chapter 1Lovely story |
 Wisteria Cresent 2007-08-17 . chapter 1This was cute! |
Harlyn 2007-05-28 . chapter 1Love it- very nice capture of Sanosuke's character. This review is probably redundant, but I needed to write it so I could add this story to my favorites :-) |
Shirou Shinjin 2007-05-15 . chapter 1I really enjoyed this; it's wonderfully written, and captures both Sano and Kenshin's personalities perfectly.
"...and two, Kenshin can move like a god, but he can only fall as fast as gravity lets him."
"Oh no you don't! You might be able to get away with that running around like a horse on steroids, and I may even let you leap over buildings with a single bound, but you'll damn well fall at the speed I tell you to!"
:)

Daughter of Chaos 2007-02-19 . chapter 1A truly refined Sano perspective piece. He has such ironic twist of thought, it's quite what I imagine the 'real' Sano having as an internal dialog. And some of your one liners just crack me up! (I.e., Sano referring to the fact that Kenshin himself had beaten up our favorite street thug wore than the injuries he currently had.) Also, whether it was meant in reference to the anime Pirate escapade or your own 'Adrift', I quite liked the mini statement about being on bridges with Kenshin being no safer than being on boats with him. Oi, you know i could nearly quote your entire story back at you in the tiny things you add that just make me smile like an idiot over here.
Still, the thought line was great. The circular logic of the guilt feeding sour mood feeding... more guilt. Seems a might fine catch-22 to me! There is also that fun logic that he unknowingly shares with your Kenshin from 'Adrift', in that he would always risk himself first to save Kenshin if that looked to be what was needed. The two are so different, yet capable of being so like minded. It fascinates me, and explains a part of their close bond as friends.
Excellent short story. This work and your others are by far some of the most inspiring work I come across for Sano Kenshin friendship works. Not that I'll put you on a pedestal for it, but to refer to the manga, I think I may have to watch your back and see if I can ever catch it myself ^_^ |
Indygodusk 2006-09-24 . chapter 1Oh that was beautiful! It makes me totally love Sano even more. I can totally see the characterization of Kenshin and of Sano in here. Bravo. |
