Good story. That's another good way to get them together.

I absolutely loved this. You nailed the relationship between Nick and Sara perfectly :) These two lines stuck out the most to me: “I think, maybe, you’re the reason it’s not working out.” and In his signature Texas drawl and grin, he said “Darlin, I’m anything for you.” I'm gonna have to read this a few more times, I'm still a little depressed over the finale.

Sorry to hear about your stroke of bad luck there! Sounds pretty harsh- hope things look up for you soon. Maybe TPTB will be nice and give us all some Snickers and break up the frightening (and admittedly a little disturbing) GSR... We can only hope...

Wow. I think the first WTG post-episode fic that I didn't think was funny (the way people tried to explain away what happened between Grissom and Sara) or didn't make too much sense (how Nick and Sara got together). Great fic, really liked it. Making Sara unhappy in her relationship with Grissom and then breaking things off with him before pursuing another (possible) relationship with Nick was so much better than her just running to see him. Really great plot and writing :)
