I'm ashamed at myself for not reviewing this the moment I found it. But better late than never, right? I read this quite a while back, but it had a lasting impression. Writing dark fics may not be your forte, but you are good at it. This is an amazing, powerful fic. Really well written, and sadly realistic. I am amazed, excellent work!

That was a great story! It was so sad! I spent most of the time reading with my mouth hanging open in shock. These types of stories really get to a person. It was a great piece!

Joe's friendship, Sora's memories... you wrote about a very touchy subject with subtlty and grace that is strangely fitting. I'm not sure why you don't like this, but I think it's incredible. It's going on my favorites as soon as ff.n will let me sign in. You continually amaze me.

Mouu...wow, this was good. I've read it a few times, never reviewed 'cause I'm lazy...today this song kept getting stuck in my head, and passages from this fic got caught up in m head too...not a good idea, especially when you're supposed to be working. -_-;; This is...incredible writing, even if the subject matter scares you. I understand, I've written things that deal with subject matter that scares me, as well. My dad's kicking me off, but - this is truly amazing, a favorite.

Oh my god... This is a beautiful story. What did you mean in all that stuff at the top about how you can't write dark fics? Very nice representation of the characters in a very difficult situation... and one of the best use of a song I've ever seen (I don't, as a rule, like songfics). I'm going to have to come back and see your other stuff.

Oooh. Wow. Powerful story, that. The 'secret' wasn't quite what I suspected it might be... Everything about this fic was wonderful - the pacing, the handling of Sora's problem, the dialogue and characterisation...overall, a painful, beautiful story with a heart-rending conclusion. Wonderful job.
