I had this big thing prepared, then I decided not to post it.

I'll leave it at this:
Characters do not act according to their natures.
The writing is not very realistic (cause and effect.)
Doesn't really work in to the Harry Potter universe.

I think I'll stop here at chapter 8. Shoulda stopped earlier, but I was hoping it'd pick up.
