A mentor is someone in the same field that helps a new person along if they have questions about the job. If Nick and Reid met 3 years ago. IT would not be mentoring since Nick is a CSI, and Reid was already a profiler. It sounds more like a support group they met through. I like the story though, can"t wait to read more.

MUCH better then i ever hoped. the entire thing could be an episode! i liked the part where Warrick and Reid had actually gone to school together for a school year! awsome! will there be a sequel?
