This section's been all about the resurrection, and that's good too, but you were right to write this - there's something satisfying about just letting him go. Perhaps it is best for him to just...end, and not carry on in torment. Yes, I am very glad you did such an excellent job of realising that scene, and wrote it so well. Smell the funeral wreaths, practically, and nice touch with the willow tree. Most excellent! Well done indeed.
