Tune in next time (yes, there is always a next time) when our beloved random combination of characters from every imaginable media form make more sophomoric references to sex with an incredible overabundance of "umms" and "uhhs" and, of course, blushing! Thrill as they resolve personal conflicts with otherworldly ease and wrap plots up in neat little packages while secondary characters look on and provide a seemingly endless supply of predictable dialog! And let's not forget bona fide depravity as Sayoko expresses more thoroughly unhealthy (and equally unrealistic) interest in her OWN SON's sex life. Barricade 2006-08-24 ch 6,	abuseLemme see... I'm guessing that Arael will (before the wedding) be officially adopted into the Langley-Ikari clan, so that would make her Arael Ikari. Now then, with Sentaro it'd be Arael Ikari-Aida. Perfect. If nothing else Shinji & Asuka should do it just to cerment the ties and make it extremely clear to the rest of Heaven (and Hell) exactly where they stand with her, and THEN announce the engagement. Chuckles Should pretty much put paid on any of the louder grumbling from whoever is left out there, after Saturn's "Highest Rated Show Ever" Fall - which I still hope Peorth or Urd (or perhaps Chronos, Erie, and/or Ex) pirated off Yggdrasil and sold under the table making it look like a Superbowl vid ^_^ Only one thing though - you never mentioned how Kensuke would take this considering he's now the potential, soon-to-be father-in-law of a Messenger/Angel older then 90% of the gods & demons in existence. He's had a few less years to deal with Arael, so I've never really gotten a sense of how he'd reaction towards her except in the scene where he meets her during his & Sayoko's wedding. Poor Kensuke, ignored during the EVA years, and now ignored by his son & (soon to be) daughter-in-law. ^_^ Nicely done for how Arael & Sentaro finally had a moment's "peace" together and the leadup to it, and the morning afterwards (if hilarious after Sayoko starts digging for dirt). Lemme see (part 2)... Arael, freed from the link to Adam, her own person, and thrown back in time. Oh and she knows EVERYTHING that Seele, Nerv, and especially Gendo, are planning to do. I almost feel sorry for Nerv (to hell with Seele & Gendo - literally). I'm guessing the Alt-verse here as you've shown, so far, that either you travel back in time in the main timeline like Little Sayoko did, or you do so in the Alt-verse considering the time difference between the dimensions. And the alt-verse goddesses know of her already, if, not quite liking her, so that should be interesting. Especially as Hell isn't nearly as likable in the Alt-verse, although with Mana's little decree on alt-Hild & who Mana can call up for support might just have cooled things down a little. Oh and Sentaro, whenever he shows up...umm he's somehow at least as powerful as a class 3, maybe a class 2 and he'll be looking for his wife/fiancee and if he finds out Gendo is involved - ouch. I don't think Nerv has a repair budget that big. btw - anyway I can beg to beta-read for you?

I just loved Sayoko's "interest" in her son's... abilities... :D No wonder AU Sayoko found him cute, must be an Aida family thing... ^^ Regarding the teaser, that's an interesting twist of events, I think Arael's thoughts in that scene could be "Scheiße... That's not what I was expecting for our honeymoon..." @dennisud: dude, you scare me... o_o

And Saturn facing the same fate of Celestine (AND seeing Sayoko replacing him as Council Member..) to close it with a golden key! Looks like, though, that he never realized that Sentaro now has powers of his own, I always imagined that at some point he would find out and try to use this knowledge in his own benefit... Talking about Sentaro...that's mean of me but I found his hallucinations hilarious! ^^ Please, write more like this in the future, no matter what series it will be, just do! ^^

I imagine Peorth & Urd will release the recording of this after adding commentary just like good old monday night football: "And down through the center of the cooridor Saturn sprints. He'd dodging right, left, left again, he's on the WALLS people. Oh ow that had to let a mark. Think that should get called for unnessesary roughness?" "I don't see how Urd. He did manage to dodge the AT-Field but its his fault he wasn't watching the door his head was heading towards. Look he's back on his feet. Ah, I spoke too soon, he's seemed to have discovered the joys of uncontrolled flight again. Wonder if that money shot was worth the view?" "Not a clue Peorth, not a clue." And he gets whats coming to him as well, beyond an enraged Arael, even better. It completely skipped my mind that Saturn might try this, but ouch, talk about getting served - literally. And Bell pulling an Asuka, I could hug you for that. Now here's hoping what you meant by Angel 2 having only five chapters, is that its 5 chapters and a prologue, not the prologue and four chapters. I WANT to see how Sentaro & Arael turn out in a few months or whatever - it should be an interesting next morning for the two of them whenever someone finally remembers the promise at the gate. Heh, Megami & Yui would probably be hovering with a camera to get photos for blackmail material.

And after Keima got 'The Glare' and threats of Sayoko & Mana coming after him, I highly doubt it's him, although I wouldn't put it past him. I do have to wonder about the rest of the Norn family however, as we know Skuld is married to the original Sentaro (the bicycling one), and Urd...is well Urd (never know if she forgot her 'medicine' one time). Skuld was hell-bent on breaking apart Bell & Keiichi, so many her kid might be the same way? After all Sayoko when younger was pretty much a mirror of her mother, so perhaps Skuld's child might be/act the same as Skuld did as a kid? Welsper wouldn't bother, he's still gaga over Belldandy, and considering the peace between heaven and hell lately, he'd have nearly every top demon & god coming down on him like wrath incarnate if he pulled this off. Hmm...did Mara ever find someone? Although there is the Constantine angle too, as Mammon & Lucifier are about to enter the timeline in the 'Demon 2' story, so perhaps they decided to play dirty when they could, although that too would bring around virtually the same 'wrath incarnate' as well. Draco's chunky salsa after Hild got through with him (I'm thinking she did the same thing to him that sticking his head in a microwave, or that movie 'Scanners' did to a person's head), so he's pretty much removed from the picture except if Loki grabbed a sample, which wasn't mentioned in 'Ragnarok' when he ran from Heaven after losing the battle. Loki to my knowledge is still in one of the alt-verses, so he's out of the picture at the moment. One possibility is that its Morgan Le Fay's long-lost mortal lover. After all, all mortals end up in heaven or hell, and I there's a chance he might be VERY bitter about losing her to either his or her doubt. Perhaps a payback of some kind that if he can't have Morgan, then he'd try to put any other moral/deity couples through the 'hell' of the gate as well (missed his chance though with Bell & Keiichi as Morgan was there with them, so he couldn't be in the same area she was). Low on the list would be Otaru Junior, as he's yet to be stated to be either a half-god, or fully mortal. So maybe he was listening to stories from Grandma, and had enough power as a 3rd class (still a kid and all) to 'port the two to the gate? Andersong...naw, he's stuck in heaven (and probably getting stabbed daily/hourly by a random Valkyrie for being a sheer bloody pocking annoyance) Great-grandpa? Never have exactly seen him step in directly, but considering who's having the problems, this would, if he's correct in that both truly love each other, would pretty much silence all complaints instantly. That and Bell would get behind it with a 'Glare of +20 WILL' (tm).
