| GuardianOfTheMorningStar 2008-01-04 ch 7, | abuseI really like this story! Very well written, if a bit fast-paced, but overall, very good! |
| jane0904 2007-12-20 ch 7, | abuseJust found this, and I have to say it was very good! I was an Angel fan, and then became a major Firefly fan, so to find a story that combined the two - and that worked very well - was excellent. And I loved the epilogue - Doyle was always a favourite, and to see him again was great. Thanks so much. |
| Erik MacRorie 2007-07-01 ch 7, | abuseExcellent story! I've only recently begun reading Firefly fanfics, and so far have found the crossover fics to be above average, if for no other reason than that they tend to avoid pairing River with Mal or Jayne. I thought your choice of Illyra as Jayne's love interest was priceless, and in a very odd way, believable. I hope you apply your talents to more stories in the Serenity universe, even if they aren't sequels to this one. Thanks for sharing it with us! |
| miss jasadin 2006-10-19 ch 1, | abuselol. fred/illyria and spike in the FF verse... hehe there's a new crossover site you might want to post this at: W DOT CROSSOVERFIC DOT COM |
| garden-crafter 2006-09-07 ch 7, | abuse cute epilogue ! |
| garden-crafter 2006-09-07 ch 4, | abuseIlyria IS a weapon -- so it's no wonder that Jayne feels so drawn to her. |
| garden-crafter 2006-09-07 ch 2, | abuseI like the idea of River and Zoe as Potential Slayers. |
| garden-crafter 2006-09-07 ch 1, | abuseShiny ! |
| SecondSilk 2006-06-26 ch 7, | abuseCordy/Doyle ending! There were so many little things I loved through this. Illyria calling them "the Wolf, the Ram and the Hart," Gunn/Anne and the fat grandkids, Illyria feeling grief at not understanding love, Fred giving Spike her blood. Book as a Watcher! Very good voice for the whole thing. Simon and Kaylee working it out. Potential Slayers. Oh, it added up to a brilliantly melded piece, the Firefly-verse being a continuation of the Slayer-verse. That was the first werewolf that attacked Spike, wasn't it? |
| screaminheathen69 2006-06-22 ch 7, | abuseBravo, I say! Bravo! |
| avaleighfitzgerald 2006-06-21 ch 7, | abusethat was sucha good ending! not where i thought it was going to go but still, great. and i especially liked the fact it was Cordy and Doyle talking! Woot! Great story! Ava |
| momin8r 2006-06-20 ch 7, | abusejust wanted to let you know how much i enjoyed this. and cordy and doyle at the end was perfect! look forward to hearing more from you...TTFN :D |
| mercurybard 2006-06-20 ch 7, | abuseThey were the ones pulling strings? I never saw that coming. ""Jayne and Illyria...didn't see that one comin'." "I guess it works if you squint." Nice line. I guess it would be the forces of good to restart the Slayers. It gives River something productive to do with her crazy superpowers. The ending was fine, but I wouldn't mind a sequel if you're up to it. |
| Anarchy's Ashes 2006-06-20 ch 7, | abuseGood story, good ending. Strange how you can stop an Apocalypse just by floating a boat over it...seems a mite easy. |
| mercurybard 2006-06-18 ch 6, | abuse"We oughta pick up a cow or something for them two vampires, if they're gonna stay." What a bright idea...and he's drugged to boot. "going in with the thrusters blazing was far more effective" And now Angel and Spike get to bicker about why Angel didn't think of that before Fred had to open a vein. "Accessories? I'm afraid I don't understa--oh, crap." Ah, a true "oh, crap" moment. Priceless. That so cannot be the end of the repercussions. Sure, Warner's probably toast for failing, but I can't imagine he could open up a Hellmouth for himself. Those sort of folk usually don't say "oh, crap". And is it Warner...like Warner Brothers? |
