I liked the way you split up the scenes into acts. :x That was actually, really cool.

I also loveloveloved the context of this story. Really. I'm not one for Reno/Elena, but I clicked the fic anyway, and after the first little bit I couldn't stop reading until it was completed. It was very, very well done.

I loved your Reno as well. Very dark, angsty, but still with that ray of light he just seems to have. I've found that, that is really hard to portray, but I think you nailed it.

Oh...oh, shit, I can't even come up with anything! Generally when I really love a story, it's more likely that I WON'T review, because I can't think of anything. But I liked this so much I simply said to myself, "I HAVE to review." But I still can't think of anything. Just...really. fucking. good. So good I have to swear about it (which I usually try to refrain from doing in reviews).

Just...gah! And that's just ONE stand-out line. You know when you get so pissed off you can't form words? It's like that, except the emotion in question isn't anger.

The style of this is just so...bold, I guess. I would say gritty, but it's too damn graceful. It's terrible and tragic and absolutely beautiful.

Keep writing, man! I'll surely be keeping my eye out for your stuff--more than I already was. :)

Wow...just wow. The sheer elegance of the writing had me focused on every sentence, every word. I'm a skimmer, so for me to read word for word is a rarity. I loved the way this was set-up and the way you painted the relations between all the characters. This really was fantastic, and probably the best piece of fanfiction that I've ever read.

And goddamit, please write more. I get my FFVII fix from less than three authors now, so you have to do something to keep me afloat.

Oh, I love it. It should be longer, though. I don't mean, like, tack more on to the end... Flesh it out a bit more. Right now it feels complete, but there's room for much more, and adding more to the end wouldn't accomplish that.

I love the almost Sin City feel of it. Of course, with all the stories like that I'm almost beginning to believe that Midgar IS Sin City. The fact you didn't put any original characters in made it loads better than if you had, and... And I loved it!
Reno does care. I'm sure Elena will hate herself for jumping to conclusions in the end, if Yuffie lived to tell her.
