I'm not sure how about the reference to Don Quixote but everything else was great. To go into a battle you know you will not win is classic but he managed to put a new spin on it. Rarely do people think about after the battle.

A good character introspection and some lovely tender moments. Infused with sadness, with a lot of knowledge about what lies ahead.
