so far... Its great. I loved the part where the kids came through the stargate. It fit perfectly that they were so comfortable.
Anyway, great story, and I hope theres more coming :)

Great story so far, well written and angsty. I just got three things to comment on. First, would be Jack's almost complete lack of reaction and near instant forgiveness after having years of his children's lives stolen from him. How would *you* feel if your son was kept from you like that?

Second, I've never lost respect for characters so fast as I did for the Hammond and Jacob Carter in this fic. Jacob Carter is like my third or fourth favorite character in the show, but his and Hammond's hypocrisy and utter disrespect of O'Neill completely disgust me. They gave up the right to lecture him on breaking the regs when they participated in kidnapping his children.

Third, "...and he only enjoyed getting ambushed if he got to shoot someone for it." That line made me laugh, hard.

And this line was beautiful: The tears were now completely disregarding her orders and jumping ship.

I was acutally shaking with anticipation while reading this... WOW... what a great chapter... couldn't have been written any better. I don't know how we will all survive the next three weeks for the next update.

These two (JJ and Grace) sound like my two, not twins but one is extremely shy and the other is Mr. chatty. Once the shy one warms up - she does run the place as well.

Excellent chapter. Loved that Reynold's backyard is going to more secure than the mountain.

I came across your story "Where's Anna?" yesterday ... it's great by the way! ... and loved it so much that I thought I'd check out your other fics. I've just read this one, got to the end, only to realise that you say that there are at least 2 more chapters to come but that you haven't updated since 7/7. You've obviously started writing "Where's Anna?" since then so, have you fogotten about this one? Are you going to finish it? 'Cause I would really like to see what happens when the kids come ... How do they all adjust? What happens with the NID? Who's a threat to them? etc. etc. etc. Please don't leave us all hanging! :-)
