So...three and a half years have passed, and the final chapter hyas never appeared. It's turning out to be the Kim Possible version of the Mystery of Edwin Drood. Perhaps we shall have to write a number of possible endings ourselves...

As always, a very funny, and also touching, chapter that broke through the fourth wall at all the right times. I hope Kim and Ron will get to smack lips, that someone smacks both a certain rocket scientist and young tech guru, and that NY football players stop talking smack.

Congrats on the Yanks and the Series; that had to be some consolation for Plaxico's world-class act of violent stupidity.

On a more serious note, sorry to learn about your dad. If he felt your writing was a tribute, you've been doing him proud.

I actually had to go back to chapter 17 and read everything up to this point to get antiquated with your work. Don't worry it was a enjoyable read.

It is kinda funny that neither of them know what they are going to do on this date, but something tells me it will one of their biggest adventures yet.

So sorry to hear about your Dad. My Dad passed away in July, so I pretty much know what you're going through. It will get better over time.

Finally, an update! Hehe, got a good chuckle out of this! The bit with Kim's dad on the roof and her mom's reaction to it was priceless!

First and foremost, I want to offer my condolences for your father, Mr H-Chrome. I'm sure he was a great man, and I'm so sorry for your loss.

As far as the Yankees go, blah! I'm a Braves fan, so I was just happy to be back on the right side of things with a winning record. All that pitching and no hitting around Chipper/McCann. So awful. =[

As far as the chapter goes, I thought it was both real sweet (the Kim/Ron bits) and really funny (the James bits). Either way, I'm really anxious to see where these two are going on their first date. I'm sure it'll be a blast.

Do keep up the good work, SC. We missed ya around here. Again, I'm sorry for your loss. =[

Hee hee. Always good to see an update for this story. Mr. Dr. Possible seemed a bit reactionary considering his more or less 'normal' behavior in the episode Emotion Sickness. Certainly in that ep, he never went for a shotgun, even after Ron's jaw-drop at seeing Kim in the LBD.

Still, it made for fun reading, as well as Kim and Ron's pre-date jitters. Hope to see more soon!
