Oh. My. God. Love. It. Made me cry. Sad...

That was probably the best piece of writing I have read in weeks. In just a few well-chosen words, you have managed to portray a sense of utter loneliness and worthlessness. "I’ve never been anyone’s pride. I sometimes yearn to know that feeling, even for a moment before life’s fading, but I know that I never will. I strove to please people who could not have those emotions and I alienated those who could." That was my favorite line. He sounds so lost, so sad...*sighs* It was a glorious read, just beautiful. One tiny thing: "If only I was..." should be "If only I were..." But other than that, perfection. norty
