LOVED the story! I totally love the way you describe Jack and show insight into his past showing how he became who he is. I've already read your story several times, please, please finish it! I hope it's a happy ending for JS fans!

Well, well, well. Malintzin is back to posting! Great news for us fans! Since it's been a while :-) I had the pleasure of re-reading the previous chapters. I admit I forgot the Anne Creature was in the story, but Shin's comment was priceless.

Wow. It's been so long. I seriously didn't know that you had resumed writing this, and I'm so glad my snooping around ffnet found it again. I haven't totally read all the chapters yet, but before I do, I want to say how much I'm enjoying this. It's an excellent character study, and the depth to which you're exploring things is a pleasure to read. I'm enjoying the look at all the characters so far and look forward to whenever it is you post again!

I so, so happy that you've updated with another terrific chapter. I really like Shin. I hope he decides to stay around, rather than leaving on the plane because Sam needs his help. Maybe he will be the catalyst to get Jack and Sam back together.

I nearly fell into my keyboard when I saw you'd posted another chapter so soon and I just had to wait until it was nice and quiet to sit and read it. Dear God, I am enjoying this, so bloody good. I will be patient but the nagging's going to begin sooner or later, you have been warned...

Favorite Line: “He’s Jack’s childhood friend, don’t fret,” Samantha cut him while going on with the study of her phone records.

Nice way of letting Samantha's guard down over the strain and great reaction from the team. I could see them with the "oh" look on their faces.

Now about the hospital scene. You are really smacking me around on this one aren't you! I get my wish of having Samantha be the first one he sees...only to have zero recognition. Evil...simply evil.

That was a MARVELOUS CHAPTER. I am really,really,really
happy that Jack has woken up. I am also glad that Jack
isn't mad at Shin. I know that it hurt Shin to set there
all those days and watch Jack and wonder if he was ever
going to come around when they let him. Having Sam holding
his hand when he woke up. I am glad that there we're people
there for him when he woke up. Keep up the Awesome Writing.

I really liked Shin's internal dialogue with himself...brilliantly presented! Your a doing such a great job with the flashbacks. I know how hard that is to do well. And Jack is finally waking up! I hope Samanatha's face is the first he sees (hint hint hint )
