Reviewing in order to encourage you to continue writng. Seriously, I'm hooked. This is easily one of the more in character angst pieces I've seen. Probably the most in chacter, actually.

I really adore this story. I love your portrayal of the characters, I think you've really given a nice take on their personalities; they're all believable, the readers won't have a hard time picturing them as such. I also like the way you portrayed the humanity of the oft-superhuman Tohma. You managed to make him retain the traits that make him outstanding while presenting his weaknesses in other aspects of his life. And best of all, the Tatsuha/Ryuuichi interaction. We. Love it, love it. Yeah. Stories like yours make it worth venturing into

This is just absolutely heartbreaking. I love the way you've portrayed Ryuichi's gradual descent into hopelessness, and how he quietly and slowly dies inside as he realises day by day that his love will never be returned by Tohma. And Tatsuha! Tatsuha putting aside his own fanboy-ness to comfort Ryu is just so bittersweet. I can't believe how utterly wonderful Tatsuha has been to Ryu, and I love how you've explained Ryuchi's dual personalities, how his mask is the child and how hard it is for him to keep up the pretense of being alright. Most of all, I love how you've given us an inside of how gradually harder it gets for Ryu to pretend to be that innocent, cheerful kid.

That last chapter absolutely killed me. Completely. How Ryuichi breaks down because Tohma's going to be a father, his despair and his fear of Tohma finding out his feelings and most of all, Tohma's disbelief and pain that Ryu seems to be afraid of him, afraid to let him get close, and his disbelief that Ryu would call for Tatsuha, the person he warned Ryu against, someone he's known for less time than Tohma himself.

I really hope you haven't given up on this story, because this is one of the most beautiful, well written and heart wrenching Gravitation fics I've read, and I want to find out what happens next, if this whole thing with Tohma and Ryu will ever get resolved, or if Ryu will give Tatsuha a chance. Wonderful work, and thank you for sharing.

This story is so great! It's got a lot of emotions without be overwraught with them and I can really picture Ryu-chan breaking down this way. I love how Tatsuha is his comfort--I hope there can be a happy ending!
