This story is terrible. It's not that the writing is so bad, because it's alright. Certainly nothing special, but not awful either. But the storyline? No way.

You make all three characters (and yourself) seem homophobic and immature.

Introducing a new cat into the family would be an interesting concept to work with, but you went about it all wrong.
