Ranma's surname is NOT Soatoma. It's Saotome. For God's sake, at least get the main chracter's name right. Also, "our" is the possessive form of we. Not "are". You have problems with using the apostrophe and comma (as in, you don't). Also, you spelled things like Akana, and Ranam. Get a prereader to help fix those mistakes. If you just look around those errors, though, you have a fine story in the making. I'm not sure what the hell is going on, but I was entertained.

I'm not sure why Lucus shot Ranma in the first place.

Er... can you pls explain, why did they shoot him during his fight with Xian Pu?? Because from your explanation they were firing with the intend to kill, not maim/capture... Kinda contradicts earlier ideas...
And why did he get into regentank after a hit from Akane?

Needs proofreading, 'Saotome' is misspelled many places, I think a also saw names without capitalization. Also please don't match Ranma and Akane just because.

It seems strange that they are recruiting the young martial artists, but not hiring their teachers except for Cologne. If they had recruited Cologne why were they tracking Shampoo? Shouldn't they have recruited most of the Joketsuzoku.

I can just see Ranma moved into the same adanced training platoon as Shampoo and a couple dozen other Amazons, then add Ukyo, Akane, Nabiki, Natsumi, Kurumi, Kodachi, Kaori and Kumon Ryu, all being taught by Cologne. (Tatewaki is still in the Mental Ward, and they haven't found Ryouga for long enough to capture him in three years.)

A little on the stiff side. Also it's our not are. These people are not starting out on the best of feet. First they try to kill Ranma, then they lie to him and manipulate him. Not a very promising start for the 'good guys'.

I don't really know what to think. I'll give it another chapter or two before I decide.
