so sad not to have a decent nights rest because of dreams of the death of a loved one. one who had walked with death would have imagined all sorts of creative ways to off someone.

i loved that she was able to get him to give up some of his burden-- enough to have a good night.

i know it has nothing to do with your story but, i can't send you brownies or something to express my appreciation for your work and to encourage writing more rurouni kenshin --but i did draw kenshin in a kilt at[remove spaces]

I love your depiction of the couple, especially Kaoru. Her unsure response to Kenshin's reluctantly revealed nightmares is refreshing. I like that their shaky relationship is not quickly resolved with just one or two "personal" conversations. ^^

KnK fanfics are dangerous... A fan can die from the bittersweet love.

My gosh. This couple's togetherness always hits like a boulder to the head and chest.

I must admit, my heart clenched several times there, extremely well-written! Why you dont have more reviews, I dont know. The readers here usually flock to such genius, it was incredibly well-written. I couldn't have asked for a better short story. I honestly feel like you've given me a glimpse of the character's internal conflicts and fears, and I must thank you for that. Your portrayal of Kenshin and Kaoru's relationship made me cry. A true joy to read, recommending this to others and favoriting!

Aw.. such a powerful story, in it's own simple way. Very beautiful, and though I can't speak for anyone else, it made me smile. Kenshin and Kaoru are just too sweet, and you've managed to keep them both in character (which is something that can't be said about most fanfiction authors).

I don't know why the hell you havent gotten more reveiws! This was a clever beautiful amazing wonderful fantastic oneshot! I loved it! On my favorites list this goes! You are a very talented writer, and i don't say that very lightly.

I enjoyed the length of this one-shot. It helped create a story that took place over a longer period of time than available in a short one-shot. Also, I liked how you used different nightmares. I don't believe that a person can dream the exact same dream for several nights in a row so the different dreams made it more believable. Wonderful story overall.
