This was really good and well written! I just finished reading The Amber Spyglass yesterday and was a bit sad (okay, no, totally sad), but I pretty much get it now that they have to build The Republic of Heaven... alone... sniff. I can't wait for more HDM fanfics from you! =]

Great story, well-written too. The emotional journey Lyra goes through is very believable. The only thing I would have liked is some conversation between her and Pan, so that he shares in her revelation.

This is a lovely story, an actual plot, great grammar and writing and stuff (I can't STAND it when it's a really good fic but the grammar or spelling or something equally important is really screwed) and your characterisation is excellent. I'm looking forward to reading more of your stories -- hopefully more Dark Materials ones too because I just love, love, love this fandom. Keep up the good work!!
