When I saw RosexScar, I rolled my eyes and thought "oh great.." but not only is Scar in character, Rose seems to be as well. I'm glad they didn't just romp (which is what I thought would happen), and everything that went through Scar's mind and the way Rose behaved.. It was great! Excellent! Short and sweet and elegently written. Well done! |

I mean, the man is so angry and passionate, and you've really captured that. Nice job dealing with the religious themes as well. The man definitely needed a kiss too, in my opinion. :) And I have wondered about this pairing. You wrote it beautifully! The imagery of her falling asleep against him is a lovely one. My favorite line. . . "And her hands were small against his chest and she trembled in his arms and her kisses were girlish and sweet and as blasphemous as they were holy." Oh man, I must have read this line over and over. Gorgeous little story. |
