I could have wept, WEPT woman when I saw you had updated this story. I thought it was abandoned forever. Gil is so smart and so stupid! And so damn loveable, from his soul to those eyes. Drop-dead-gorgeous doesn't hurt either. I have to ask, are fic's going to die a painful death when he goes back to Chicago?
