Your depiction of Sesshoumaru's initial frustrations are both endearing and, in a way, more realistic than the majority of fics out there which simply show the slow process of his iciness melting. I think it makes sense that there was a great deal of contained frustration along the way too--he's not a perfect creature, after all.

T'Shai 2006-06-18 ch 1,	abuseInuyasha is the main star, but I find I like Sesshoumaru better. There is more mystery to him. Sesshoumaru and his classic reviving of the human child Rin, proves untiring. To see this emotionless, uncaring demon give a species he claims detestable a second chance is truly delightful. No matter how much he claims he hates the species, this one human child gave him something no other person would ever give. And deep down he knows he appriciates it. I must say I enjoy reading the many different versions of this classic tale.
