Did you take that 'running hot' part from The Artemis Fowl books? It seemed familiar and made me think of that...

I still laugh whenever I read this. A drunk Wanda is always amusing...if it's done right (which you have done here).

I also like the way you write Johnny. The seemingly sane exterior with that little..something bubbling beneath the surface. Always a good read. :)

Not the biggest fan of Fall Out Boy though. My tastes in whiney music start and end at The Smiths...but the way you write fits into the whole way of things so, y'know, keep it up.

And finally...props to you for getting me into QC. Looked it up after reading this for the first time and thought...Damn!
