This is such an amazingly original, well written idea. I can honestly say that this is probably one of the best fanfics that I have ever found. I like the idea of the true Wizarding religion being akin to Wicca, and having Voldemort be more misunderstood than evil. I also absolutely adore how well you explained away any discrepancies between the original story and your story. I bow to you and applaude you at the same time. Very wonderful job, and I can't wait to read more of your work.

This story caught me at the beginning and swept me through willy nilly until the end of this chapter. I knew going in that the story wasn't complete yet, but hitting this stop hurt.

The concept, the detail, the writing; everything comes to together so well. You make it look so effortless and that really showcases the amount of time, energy and effort you've put into this.

That was awesome! The ending was a little abrupt, but aside from that, fantastic!

Will this story ever be updated again? It seems like it's almost over.

Uh, it's actually painful to read about your Harry. No anger at all, accepting, meek and naive.

He hears about fraud in is accounts knowing Molly and Albus have access to them and he shows NO suspicion at all? He doesn't even ask the goblins if they know who sold his homes! If someone told me I had inherited 2 houses and that someone had sold them without me knowing I'd want to find out who did it...

He knows about the fidelius spell, has it recast on himself and he thinks it's not safe there? Knowing what he knows about the spell he should know it's his secret.

He obeys Albus when he is ORDERED to stay away from the willreading?

I can honestly say that your Harry is exactly the kind of character I would hate/loath be it in literature or in real life. He accepts almost everything he is told, doesn't even try to find out about his inheritance when he has the chance, lets the dursleys push him around and beat him (I know I have snapped for far less) and where is the anger? Godfather killed, mentor witholding vital information, mentor possibly involved in robbing him of his inheritance, forced isolation among the dursleys and to top it of said mentor orders him to stay away from his godfathers willreading.

I find myself unable to read this story simply because your Harry is so pathetic and naive (even worse than cannon and thats saying alot).

And thats a shame since I find the backstory about Tom and the politics compelling.

This was recommended to me several months ago, and I finally got around to reading it.
I wanted to thank you for a well written story, with some very original thinking behind it.
While i doubt that I would support many of the theses displayed here, you did quite a convincing job of building a believable, coherent universe.
