Really good. I always wondered what the bad blood between the two men was and you brought this story to life.

I liked it actually, it was short and to the point, but set things up just nicely to fit in with the the film. It would explain a lot about their obvious hatred for each other, and you seemed to get into the character of Lokh Nah, at least from Ardeth's point of view, very well.

I just can't help being sceptical about the idea of Lokh Nah being an outcast Medjai. Several people have written stories based on that premise, which is probably the most obvious one, but its just the contempt with which Lokh Nah says 'Not bad... for a Medjai.' I interpret that as meaning that he is and always has been a sworn enemy of the Medjai, possibly from some Rival tribe, perhaps descended from the same people who at some point in history split off into their own group. Theres a story by PurplePebble22 which uses that idea, so if you're interested in another angle, I definitely recommend you check out 'Dream Another Dream.'

Anyway, as I said, I liked it. Nice job on the fight scene as well- I always find those impossible to do without either getting very confusing or overly described!

Very good...I always wondered what thier background could be...this is a good interpretation...and is also the inspiration of the story I am working on...though that is not the mani point of the story...anyway...I loved it

Ace! I always wondered why there was a hatred between the two, and that's an idea I hadn't thought of before. I'd love to read a fic about what Ardeth was thinking when he killed Lock Nah, or that story from Lock Nahs POV, you should write one sometime. Keep up the good work!
