OH Schnap! thats sad right there!

God.. this is so beautiful... Awesome job, dude. This almost made me cry adn I don't remember almost crying over a fanfiction... ever. This is goin on my favs :)

Hmm, I'll try to leave just as great of a review as you left me.

I have to say, this is a well-written fic. I enjoy the ending immensely. I just... love how it leaves you. Makes me sad and slightly happy at the same time, for some unknown reason. Yay angst!

However, here are my slight complaints.

1. The pain. You describe it well in a few places, but when he finally gets that spurt of energy, it is like he isn’t even wounded anymore. I understand it’s like one of those ‘I’m invincible’ moments, but it is cliché and unrealistic. Maybe if you added a bit more to the human weakness aspect.

2. If he rode Epona, you could have him try and crawl atop of her or something, or lean against her as they walk… sort of a last testament to Malon.

^_^ Otherwise, I enjoyed it. The flash back was particularly nice.

HOLY CRAP! you made my eyes teary and me sniffle. Well done, you made me upset. i applaud you *standing ovation sounds* well done.

Hm. Good. However "killing monsters right and left" sounded a bit ackward. Oh, and what was up with describing Saria as "green fingered?" She doesn't have green fingers. Overall the story was good, but for some reason it lacked an emotional touch somehow. I felt a bit detached and felt it hard to really feel sad, which is a shame because that's what the story is for, to be a tragedy.

Oh, how beautiful, how poignant! Every portion of this story is wonderfully and clearly portrayed. The brief spark of hope, during Link's final battle: bright as it was, it still could not defy the edicts of fate. So sad. Malon and Link's adoration was nicely depicted, and my favourite bit was the part in italics - it really elucidated events, emotions, and the overall poignancy. Lovely piece Crazymark. OMG, this was sosososo sad. Malon's my favorite character, so I started to cry at this (No offense, but since I cry at everything, that's not saying much) but it was very well written!
