Pekingduk 2007-02-04 ch 13,	abuseThe idea of the story was incredibly original and pulled off in such a completely believable fashion. 'Seeing' the squints and Booth at a ST convention was wonderfully entertaining and lead to wealth of very funny scenes and one liners. I thought the balance of the contributions from the characters was perfect, everyone brought something to the table, humor as well as crime solving information. Your characters are so true to form, so 'spot on' with their dialog, movements, humor, or lack there of. And I love the tribute you do ST with your quotes at the top of each chapter. I'm glad I found this after it was complete, sorry for the length of the review. Some of my favorite parts, and it HAS been cut down to limit size. Booth walking into Bones' office holding his hand in the 'Live Long and Prosper' sign and Brennan asking if Booth is even speaking English. Zack being a Trekkie Squint and translating for the team. Love the explaination of how Bones got her nickname. Love that Brennan still did not think the joke was funny. Loved Hodgins endless complaining and Angela hitting it off with Starfleet. Love the Blonde in red trying to pick up Booth, and Booth beating a fast retreat. Love the aggressiveness of the Klinglon woman trying to pickup on Booth. Love Brennan's "Starfeet." Love the Squints pushing Booth to go on the information gathering date and Booth's "But she's a...Klinglon." Very funny! Loved Bones sitting up waiting for Booth, and being peeved that he seemed to have a good time, and was going back for more. And Brennan jumping to the 'sleeping with' conclusion. Ms. Sinclair in Booth's room as he stepped out of the shower in a towel, and him nearly tearing off after Brennan in same said towel. Loved Brennan flipping Booth, and the "Tell me again who the woman was?" " My Partner." "Some partner." "You have no idea." The '47' conspiracy. The fantastic exchange between Sinclair and Booth during the interrogation, and the fact that it didn't seem to faze Booth in the least. Booth lost in thoughts of Brennan dressed as a klingon, Brennan blasting the horn to get his attention, and Booth thinking, "she's bossy enough for it." So very funny. Love the banter between Angela and Booth, so amazingly true to character. "Okay, so Doohan then hooks up with this girl, Lily, looking to go where no man had gone before..." OHMYGOD funny! "You wish, bug boy. You wish." Very Angela. The whole freakin bar scene to elevator to hotel room scene. Wow! What genius, down to the exchange about the elevator song.

Maybe they should've started him out on DS9. It has enough conspiracy and intrigue to pique his interest. :D I love it, ladies. Can't wait to see how you tie it all up. :)
