BFoS 2009-06-23 . chapter 1This is a very intriguing start, and pulled me in pretty fast. I see that it's pretty old too (2006?). Still, it's a great start, and if you plan on continuing, I would definately read onwards. The only critique I can offer is the separation of paragraphs when two people are talking, but not even that seemed to be a bother here. All in all, this is simply good writing.
I'm not one to beg for updates, and after reading the one sentence from your bio, you don't seem to be motivated to keep going, but I would love to see this continued. This chapter is like a small taste of something so good that I'll never have again if you don't update.

Jawless Harry Bound in Chains 2006-11-05 . chapter 1Ooh, I don't know anything about the more recent changes in the pokemon world, such as anything that may have occured in the season after the original, so I'm afraid I can offer no advice on the actions of the cannon characters.
This story does show promise though, and I cannot wait to continue reading it. As I've said before, I have barely read any Oak pieces, and I assumed he is the hero in this story, but will Ash help him? |
Yincira 2006-08-04 . chapter 1First off, the only grammar mistakes I found were : we have files on all tree, which should be three (trees are in the forest) and languish, which should be language.
Other than that, genetic experiments always spark my interest and especially considering how Off. Jenny didn't give any details, I'm curious to what it'll be. The writing itself is also good, giving just enough details but not too much; this first chapter definitely invites to read onward. |
 Ri2 2006-06-25 . chapter 1Red Dawn...curious...
Bayleef is infatuated with Ash, so would probably do what she thinks would impress him. Glalie was rather playful and mischievous as a Snorunt, and I think he might still be like that now. Torkoal's rather emotional, and cries at the drop of a hat, whether he's joyful or upset, it doesn't matter. (His tears always result in him blowing steam)
And Bulbasaur...eh, I'm not sure about her.
I don't really know anything about Oak's Pokemon's personality either. I'm not sure they were ever given enough character focus to do that. |
