I'm sure someone's mentioned this, but you're own timelines are all scrambled. In the beginning, you say that Roxas' brother is 3 years older than him, but Sora is only a grade ahead, and then later you say he's only a year older. Then, with Axle, you say that he started a year late, but then skipped a grade, but then missed a year, which would still put him only a year behind. Not two.
