I love povs so I Like this one. The anime may portray charizard a different way but charmander truly did have it worse than the other three and the Passion charizard has just proves why he is the strongest of them. I'll see what else you have.

Okay then, since you reviewed my fic, I feel like it's my duty to review one of yours. Even though it was written ten years ago, I never read Hunger Games (though I plan to soon)and I have no idea what Homestuck is. Oh, and I don't feel like reading Inheritors right now.

ANYWAYS, I love this. I can't say much about your writing style since you obviously improved since you wrote this fic, judging from the small parts I read from Inheritors and Fox Games. While this isn't the impression I got from Charizard from watching the third movie, it was still a good read and portrayed an inferiority complex very well. Though it does have a bit too much angst, I still loved it.

Now, one of the reasons I decided to review this fic is to reply to your review of my fic. (by the way, thanks for doing that, I'll be sure to read more of your awesome fan fics later) Firstly, your grammar comment. I heard that many times before and it makes sense, but official sources and most fan sites capitalize Pokémon names (and Pokémon too, for that matter) Then again, these are from the guys who capitalize professor...

And that thing about how the narrator is trying to avoid admitting he eats Pokémon, that's what I intended. You may or may not like it, but that's what I tried to do. Oh, and the part about nobody knowing him? I'm sure I can badly handwave it as he stealthily killed people and then he burned the entire town down. And then say unlike the gameverse Accumula Town is far, FAR away from Nuvema Town. Eh, I think it makes a bit of sense anyways.

You used the wrong "meat." The one you're looking for is "meet."

Also I don't really feel that this had to be a poem. It would have worked just as well in prose form.

Very good. However, I don't agree with it. I saw the comment about Ash doing it so Charizard could achieve his dream, but I don't think that's right either. Your side seems too negative and the other too positive. I just don't think what Ash said was either heartfelt or mistaken to be, given the way Charizard acted afterwards. Nor do I believe Ash to be that selfless. I think he was just upset by Charizard leaving, and trying hard not to admit it to himself by convincing himself that he hated Charizard. It's a perfectly natural reaction for anyone, and I think Charizard knew it.

You think I'm wrong? Imagine your best friend moving away. You think Charizard didn't feel that way? Look carefully what happens that episode after Ash says that.

This is just masterful. I LOVE it, it is so sad, but I prefer sad stories over happy ones. Sad stories provide much more food for thought. This totally explains Charizard's actions, it sounds just like what Charizard would be thinking. I love your writing, you hit things spot-on and explore deeper subjects. You're on author alert now so I can read each wonderful new story as it comes out!

I have to say just a few things. You told everything about the Charmanders life correctly, but I thought the whole plot and story was pretty pathetic. I hope to see some better stories from you.
