i really liked your spin i like that you made kaoru strong and fearless and a leader. i hate all those damsel in distress kaoru's^_^ your kaoru is an awsome demon queen !

Your story was well-written and lots of fun. I wonder how life in demon world is going? Any sequels planned?

I like this twist on the goodbye scene. I like how Kaoru is so determined to go after him. She seems fierce as she thinks, "She would be damned if she was going to let him walk out on her after he’d captured her so completely.
She wasn‘t going to let him leave her. Not now. Not ever." I like how Kaoru is vulnerable but you have managed to stay true to your version of her character throughout, always keeping her a strong and forceful.

You did a good job building up to the confession of Kaoru's feelings. It didn't feel rushed or unnatural.

I really like who you showed Kenshin's determination and Kaoru's confusion. Of course Kaoru would not like feeling like she is losing control of the situation and her own feelings. Very sweet too. I am glad that she was honest once she relaized what Kenshin thought. It would be too cruel to leave him heart-broken.

Oh, smooth move, Kenshin. Good K and K moments.

Go Kaoru! I hope she does save herself.

I like how Kaoru is both very strong and very confused. I also like how as leader of her people, she seems to see "the big picture." That line where she tells Kenshin she knew she was a replacement and he is the naive one was a good switch and in keeping with your twist on the story.

Poor Tomoe, always fated for Kenshin's blade. I am glad that you kept the heart of her story intact although it is an interesting choice that her death drove him crazy rather than save him from the bloodshed as in the original.

I am glad that Kaoru is not quick to be interested in Kenshin, especially if he is so cold and cruel as to lock her up.

Kenshin doesn't seem very honorable here. I cannot believe he is forcing ehr to kill for him.

Interesting opening...Kaoru as the demon and Kenshin as the demon hunter is a switch.
