I really like this fic. Not a perspective we see a lot of. I especially LOVED the connection between names- Gabriel to Angel. Very clever. I just wish we had seen whether Angel was in contact with her mom throughout the years. Did her mom know she had AIDS? You said she had three years to get used to "the idea" of Angel being gone. Did she know ABOUT Collins, even if she never talked to him? But otherwise, great job!
